Effects of COVID 19.
INTRODUCTION - #CORONA , is a disease which actually comes from Bats dead bodies in chaina and the Official names have been announced for the virus responsible for COVID-19 (previously known as “2019 novel coronavirus”) and the disease it causes. The official names are: coronavirus disease. (COVID-19).
EFFECTS ....
Virus ( cause ) - WHO says that , " severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) "
According to current evidence, COVID-19 virus is primarily transmitted between people through respiratory droplets and contact routes.2-7.COVID
Effects - Effects , can divide a many parts, but we are discuss about the major effects , which makes a really big problems :
A. Humans body effects - Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered coronavirus.
Coronaviruses typically affect the respiratory tracts of birds and mammals, including humans. Doctors associate them with the common cold, bronchitis, pneumonia, severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS), and coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
☆ Symptoms,
1. Fever
2. Dry cough
3. Tireness
4. aches and pains
5. Loss of tests and smells
B. Indian Economic effects - According to the survey, COVID-19 is having a 'deep impact' on Indian businesses, over the coming month's jobs are at high risk because firms are looking for some reduction in manpower. Further, it is added that already COVID-19 crisis has caused an unprecedented collapse in economic activities over the last few weeks.
The Indian economy was expected to lose over ₹32,000 crore (US$4.5 billion) every day during the first 21-days of complete lockdown which was declared following the coronavirus outbreak. Under complete lockdown, less than a quarter of India's $2.8 trillion economy was functional. Up to 53% of businesses in the country were projected to be significantly affected
C. Environmental effects - The worldwide disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in numerous impacts on the environment and the climate.
▪ In China, lockdowns and other measures resulted in a 25 per cent reduction in carbon emissions and 50 percent reduction in nitrogen oxides emissions, which one Earth systems scientist estimated may have saved at least 77,000 lives over two months.
▪ Air pollution
Due to the coronavirus outbreak's impact on travel and industry, many regions experienced a drop in air pollution.Reducing air pollution can reduce both climate change and COVID-19 risks.
D. Effects on Educational system - we know that due to coronavirus pandemic the state governments across the country temporarily started shutting down schools and colleges. As per the present situation, there is an uncertainty when schools and colleges will reopen. No doubt, this is the crucial time for education sector because entrance tests of several universities and competitive examinations are held during this period.
▪ Online learning
Many schools and universities are opting to continue their normal classes on online platforms. This includes the use of online tools, such as group video programs, that allow teachers and students to meet and conduct classes over the internet.
▪ Free online programs
In light of the pandemic, and the interruption of normal education, many online educational platforms have been advertising free educational tools for students around the world who are stuck at home.
CONCLUSION -
There are hundreds of coronaviruses, most of which circulate in animals. Only seven of these viruses infect humans and four of them cause symptoms of the common cold. But, three times in the last 20 years, a coronavirus has jumped from animals to humans to cause severe disease.
SARS, a beta coronavirus emerged in 2002 and was controlled mainly by aggressive public health measures. There have been no new cases since 2004. MERS emerged in 2012, still exists in camels, and can infect people who have close contact with them.
COVID-19, a new and sometimes deadly respiratory illness that is believed to have originated in a live animal market in China, has spread rapidly throughout that country and the world.
The new coronavirus was first detected in Wuhan, China in December 2019. Tens of thousands of people were infected in China, with the virus spreading easily from person-to-person in many parts of that country.
